Violet Walsh

Violet supports the Elevate pillar of Bloom Evolution, bringing more than three decades of experience across business, coaching, education and personal development. A qualified Master NLP Practitioner and experienced Business & Life Coach, she combines practical business knowledge with an understanding of mindset, behaviour and personal growth.

Violet’s experience extends well beyond coaching. She has owned and operated multiple successful businesses, developed her own product ranges and successfully taken products into retail and grocery stores across Australia through wholesale. Her business journey has also seen her travel for sales events, speak at industry events, facilitate workshops and retreats, and build brands, communities and educational offerings from the ground up.

As a speaker, mentor and educator, Violet is known for her grounded, direct approach. Her NLP training allows her to work with clients to recognise limiting beliefs, challenge unhelpful internal narratives and develop greater clarity and confidence, while her extensive real-world business experience means her guidance is grounded in the realities of building, selling and growing a business.

An Australian and globally recognised award-winning marketing professional, Keah also travels to the United States for work, expanding her experience across international markets, businesses and audiences. Her own journey began as one of Violet’s business development clients, giving her a unique understanding of business growth from both sides.

Keah has been recognised as a multiple Telstra Business Awards nominee and a Top 3 nominee for the AHA Rising Star of the Year. Her career has spanned a diverse range of industries, developing marketing strategies, managing brands, creating campaigns and content, coordinating events and supporting businesses through periods of growth and change.

Keah brings together strategy, creativity and hands-on marketing experience — her focus is on helping businesses strengthen their presence, make purposeful marketing decisions and turn ideas into meaningful action.

Jake’s professional background includes accredited Master NLP and coaching training through The Coaching Room, where he completed Accredited NLP Practitioner, Associate Level 1, Associate Level 2 and Professional Coach qualifications. His formal training is supported by continued education across mindset mastery, personal transformation, communication and human behaviour.

With years dedicated to understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, habits and outcomes, Jake brings both recognised professional training and practical application to his coaching. His ongoing development within the coaching and wellness space reflects his commitment to providing considered, relevant and results-focused support, grounded in established coaching methodologies and real-world experience.

Leroy’s creative talent was recognised before he had even completed his formal qualifications. While studying at university, he was selected to develop a new logo for the university — an opportunity awarded based on the strength of his design work and creative ability while he was still completing his studies. Since becoming qualified, he has continued to build on that foundation across a diverse range of professional creative projects.

Leroy plays an integral role in shaping how businesses present themselves. From complete brand identities and packaging through to illustration, digital assets and polished marketing collateral, he combines artistic skill with strategic design thinking to ensure every creative decision has purpose.

Leroy’s strength lies in taking an initial idea and developing it into something tangible — refining concepts, strengthening visual direction and creating design systems that businesses can confidently carry across their marketing and customer experience.

Bianca has a particular strength in creating short-form video content designed for social media.
